TEDCO was launching a new effort to track and support businesses across the state at the earliest stages. They faced a fragmented "visibility" problem where each ecosystem partner in Western Maryland tracked startup progress its own way. Without a shared hub or standardized metrics, TEDCO couldn't see how founders were advancing across the region, let alone answer the questions that matter over time, like how many interventions it takes to get a startup investment-ready.
